Strategy & Corporate Development
Summer Apprenticeship Program
A practical learning experience for young professionals interested in business strategy, research, branding, digital transformation, and corporate development.
A Real Learning Experience
at a Real Company
The TEJI Strategy & Corporate Development Summer Apprenticeship Program is designed to give selected young professionals a hands-on experience working on real business challenges at TEJI International P.L.C.
Apprentices work directly on strategic, research, branding, and operational projects that matter to the business β not theoretical exercises. The program offers a genuine introduction to how a family-owned, internationally connected Ethiopian company operates and plans for the future.
TEJI is building its institutional foundations for long-term growth. Apprentices who contribute meaningfully become part of that story.
